Corporate and Legal Services Supported

FlatIron Document Support offers a full range of corporate and legal support services . We offer assistance from the beginning of discovery through trial preparation and have the ability to work with any department within the legal structure.

Document Services

Extreme Light Handling: Single or multiples sets, single or two sided documents. There are no staples, clips or tabs. Same length of paper and must be in excellent condition.

Light Handling: Document sections that are more than thirty pages clipped or stapled. All documents must be the same length with no edge to edge contrast problems. Documents can be single or double sided.

Medium Handling: Consists mainly of letter and legal size paper. Document sections that are twenty to thirty pages clipped or stapled. Minor edge to edge and contrast problems. Copying file folders and tabs can be included in this category.

Heavy Handling: Consists mainly of letter and legal size paper. Document sections that are ten or less pages stapled or clipped. Continuous edge to edge and contrast problems. Projects that are tagged will be graded in this category.

Extreme Handling: Includes two page sections. Greater than 50% placement on the glass.

Special Services  

Confidentiality: All of our employees have signed a nondisclosure agreement. You can trust FlatIron with your highly sensitive documents.

Secured Facility: Our production facility is closed to the public. Any persons entering our facility must wait in our secured area. Our building is locked down at 6:00pm Monday thru Friday, Saturday at noon and all day Sunday.

Opposing Counsel Service: In most cases, Opposing Counsel arranges for the copying of documents you have requested. Unfortunately, you lose control of the quality, deadline and most of all price. To ensure you receive Flatiron's quality, deadline compliance and price, simply get permission from Opposing Counsel to send FlatIrons to pick up the documents. We can meet you at Opposing Counsel or simply pick up the originals. This way you know that your needs will be fulfilled.

Free Pick Up and Delivery: We will come to your office to review and confirm that we can meet your deadline. After FlatIrons has copied your project, we can deliver your project to your client, Opposing Counsel or Expert Witness.

Quality Control: All of our projects are quality controlled as they are running. We use the best in digital copiers giving us the ability to check for errors as we are copying. This allows us to be among the best in the industry.

National Network: If you need documents from out of the State of Colorado or within the State of Colorado, call to let us know and we will arrange for assistance in fulfilling your needs.
